Compared to traditional IFA approaches, Portafina apply a jargon free, non-complicated method to pension freedom’s advice and action. We worked within the Portafina brand framework to use language and imagery to reassure the customer of a service that is sensitive and clouded by negative press.
Our concept for the main leaflet and copy for letterhead balanced real-life circumstances with more aspirational imagery, supported by simple, unpatronising language. We also worked to structure the content in simple steps, making the customer comfortable with the process and reinforced with existing customer quotes from their website reviews.
