Yeomans Toyota wanted to target existing customers with a direct offer that enticed them into the showroom. The QR code event consisted of a unique QR code printed onto a direct mail piece, as well as an email with the same unique customer code. The code was only activated once the customer booked an appointment and visited the dealership. The sales executive would scan the code and the customers unique offer would be displayed.
Take up on the campaign was incredibly successful with a conversion of 93 cars.
